CIES released its latest list of the 25 most valuable players in the world of proper football on Monday, which includes 14 from the Premier League.
The next closest league was La Liga, which included a combination of six Atletico Madrid, Barcelona and Real Madrid players.
Barcelona’s Sergino Dest marks the only U.S. Men’s National Team player to make the cut after a stellar first season in La Liga.
The top 25 also features 5 Manchester City and 3 Chelsea players, with the latter hoisting this season’s UEFA Champions League.
